Work to the studio is finished. The walls have been painted as well the floor with epoxy paint. I
have moved everything back in and will be starting production again Monday. There will be plenty
of glazing to do.

Well, much has happened in the past two months. In October I converted an old electric kiln to fire
with gas. That means I can now experiment with reds. I have fired it twice now with promising results.
With some adjusting I should have some nice copper reds soon. Also I got into a new gallery. Prima
Gallery in Bloomington, IN. A week later my hard drive crashed. This has been the main reason I
have not updated in a while. A website update was the last on the list as far as getting back to
where I was at, digitally speaking.

I've been busy throwing mugs in the studio for the past week. Freezing cold but hot throwing water
helps greatly. Will be glazing and firing new work in the coming weeks! Be sure to check out whats
new in the Shop!

If you are in the Indianapolis area on the 22th, come to the State Museum and check me out at the
Indiana
Art Fair. February 22, 2008 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday, February 23, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Well, another day until the Indiana Art Fair. I will be leaving early on Friday morning to check in and set up.
It is about a 3 hour drive and I lose an hour between here and Indy. Remember, the show is open Friday
night from 5:30 to 8:30p.m. Last year there were drinks. Today I have to try and get one more kiln load
fired. It's Wednesday so I should get it fired today and unloaded tomorrow in time for the show. If not I still
have plenty. I hope to see you all there!

The ice started coming down this morning at around 7:30 a.m. I heard it is going to stick around until noon
tomorrow. Great. That's going to make my drive tomorrow real fun. Hopefully they will have the roads in
shape. Today I will box pottery and get ready for the Art Fair. Managed to get one more kiln load of pottery
fired. I have a great selection this year!

Meggan and I got back from Indianapolis last night. A wonderful show yet again. Thank you all that came out
in the ice and snow. Saturday was actually quite nice. Everything warmed up which made the drive home
quicker. Next week I will be putting a lot of the pottery from the show that did not sell on my
Etsy page for sale.
